Mount Dora High School Girls Track & Field Regional Championship Runner-Up!
Mount Dora’s girls 4X100 team broke a 40 year old record from 1985!!! Formerly held by K. Milsap, S. Harris, Y. Harris, J. McDuffie, with a 49.9. This record was set the last time the MDHS girls team won the state championship title.
The new record is held by Keylana Cochran, Kate Guthrie, Melody Picket, and Anabel Celis running a 49.79! goated!!
The Girls 4X400 team also broke a school record by 7 seconds. Formally held by N. Vu, R. Horbal, K. Guthrie, A. Croeze, 2024, 4:17.77 set last year now held with a 4:10.73 held by Anabel Celis, Emma Vu, Makayla Bauch, and Ava Croeze.

Congratulations to the Mount Dora High baseball team who advance to FHSAA Regional Semifinals after a 6-3 win against Lake Wales this evening!!
Mount Dora will now face #1 Seed Bishop Moore on Monday in the semi-final round. The first two games will be played at Bishop Moore with the 3rd game at Mount Dora High if necessary. Go Canes!

MDHS Baseball will take on Lake Wales in Game 3 of Round 1 in Regional Playoffs. The game will be hosted by Lake Wales at 7 PM.

MDHS Beach Volleyball won 5-0 in the first round of the District Tournament against Lake Buena Vista. The Canes now advance to the semifinals of the District tournament. The Canes face-off against Titusville at 3:00 pm today at Hickory Point Beach Volleyball complex in Tavares. Come support these athletes in their inaguaral year of the program. Go Canes!

Important MDHS testing dates are now posted on the MDHS Website Calendar. If your child is scheduled to test, please have them arrive on time `by 7:20 AM and well rested so they can do their best! We know they are ready and look forward to each one showing their growth.
The AP Exam testing schedule has also been posted with exam times.
