The purpose of our organization is to support the education of children at Seminole Springs Elementary School and to foster positive relationships between the school, parents and teachers.

UPCOMING EVENTS: Seminole Springs Elementary PTO has a wonderful history of supporting fun activities, educational experiences and family events throughout the school year.
Fall Festival - This wonderful family friendly event takes place at the end of October includes fun, food, games and prizes. Carnival style booths are made possible by the creative staff and assisted by parent and PTO volunteers.
Santa’s Breakfast - Enjoy holiday cheer with “The Big Guy” along with a hearty serving of pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee. Your child may share their holiday wishes with Santa and have a keep sake photo taken. There are also beautiful themed baskets to win and caroling by First Grade students. A December event the kids won’t want to miss!
Walk-a-thon - Students take to the field to get some fresh air and exercise as they earn pledges for walking laps. There are bragging rights and a coveted classroom trophy for the most laps walked in each grade level.
Field Trips - Our school prides itself in the educational field trips that each student has the opportunity to attend. Funds raised by the PTO help to offset the cost of these valuable field trip experiences.
Honor Roll - Students who maintain honor roll status are recognized and rewarded each quarter. Prizes/medals for these programs are provided through PTO funds.
SSE T-Shirts - PTO also fundraisers with and promotes school spirit with school logo T-shirt sales.Shirts are available to purchase in the front office.
Staff Appreciation - This committee provides parents/guardians with a wonderful way to show the teachers at SSE how much their efforts are appreciated. This includes hosting staff luncheons and preparing goodies throughout the year to say thank you for making Seminole Springs Elementary such a great place for our kids to learn and grow.
Extravaganza - This annual event is a celebration of the conclusion of the school year. It includes games, fun, and exciting activities for the students and requires lots of volunteers to set up, serve treats and help with the activities.
Fundraising - There will be fundraisers held throughout the school year with proceeds to benefit Seminole Springs Elementary students. Information will be forthcoming regarding events and dates.
School Dances - School dances have been very popular with students, parents and staff! Dance themes have included Father/Daughter and Mother/Son, Valentine's Dance, Country, and Glow in the Dark. Look for more information to come home with your student.
